A deep blue field above, and along the bottom a garden in magenta, red, white and yellow that is closer to flowers than anything else I have painted.
This is the most openly floral of the five, and the most immediate. Two white blooms sit at the centre and hold everything else in place.
The blue above is empty on purpose. Without that silence the lower half would be unbearable.
